Prices are per property per week in UK Pounds based on a maximum of 6 people.
There is an additional charge of £40 a week for 7 people.

Bookings can be paid in Euros at current agreed exchange rate. If you need assistance with car hire we have a list of competitive companies - please ask for details.

Changeover day

We can be flexible on changeover day depending on other bookings but prefer a Friday, Saturday or Monday. We normally have 2pm as arrival time on the first day and 10am on the day of departure. Depending on other bookings we can sometimes be flexible.

Accommodation

This villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with double bed and air con. This bedroom has patio doors out onto your own private balcony with superb views. The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds and fitted pine wardrobes with views over the pool area. Upstairs has a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, sink. Downstairs we have a shower room with toilet and sink. The lounge/dining area benefits from air conditioning. The furniture is rustic pine with a good sized dining table and seating area.There is a tv/dvd player. Double patio doors lead out onto another balcony area with lovely views out over the inlet. The kitchen benefits from fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster etc with views out over the pool area. Villa is tastefully decorated and most importantly clean.

Notes on accommodation

Each villa has use of the pool and surrounding patio area with sunloungers, bbq, outside furniture, outside shower, parking. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Smocking is not permitted inside the villas.

Accessibility

Not suitable for wheelchair users due to steps.

Outside

The outside area is nicely sized with a large kidney shaped lit swimming pool which is fully maintained. All 3 villas share this pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture - chairs, tables, parasols, sunbeds and a barbecue area also an outside shower.

Coast/Beach

The nearest beach is Arenal which is a 5 minute drive away. There are lots of beautiful beaches around the island along the coast from Addaia. Westwards is the beautiful beach of Cala Pregonda (10 mins away by car). The virgin beaches are in the southwest of the island and take approx 25 mins by car but are definitely worth visiting as these are all the beaches that you see on the postcards and they do really look like that!

Golf

Son Parc golf (visitors pay green fee)& driving range is approx 10 mins away. They also have tennis facilities.

Travel

Airport 20 mins away by car. Car hire is recommended in order to enjoy your holiday and visit all the lovely places there are to see. We can recommend car hire. Roads are very quiet even in the summer months and great if you are a first time 'right hand driver'! Everywhere has superb signposting and it is very difficult to get lost. It only takes 40 minutes to get from one side of the island to the other and 20 mins top to bottom.

Mahon is the capital and can be reached in about 15 mins by car, there is a bus service a few times a day. Ciutuadella at the other end of the island can be reached in about 45 minutes.

Further details

Local amenities comprise of a small 'local' bar down at the port which is really nice to sit down by the boats. A 5 min walk takes you to Bar Pins - where you will be assured of a good welcome from Lynne and Dave with great food and entertainment, El Castillo where you are guaranteed a great meal all freshly prepared at reasonable prices (in particular the home made puddings!), the corner bar - great for sports fans with big screen sky TV and tapas!, the supermarket and gift shop. There is a diving school in Arenal and Fornells. There are watersports at Fornells and sailing in Addaya or boat trips in Mahon etc. Around Addaia its perfect for walking and bike riding as its so flat and in woodland and perfectly safe. We can recommend flights and car hire if you wish. We would ask you to confirm your flights are available prior to booking a villa.

Booking notes

Deposit required of 25% at booking. Balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. If departure is less than 8 weeks balance is payable upon booking. Included in your rental is electricity, gas bottles, linen and towel change weekly (note this is not a maid service). Cancellations: sorry no alterations/cancellations to the booking can be made if within 8 weeks of holiday. Deposits are not refundable.
